If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is not delivered, please contact us through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, Camzone may provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or dispatched.
